The CEZ comparator is designed for dimensional gaging visualization in a manufacturing environment.

The CEZ has a simple configurable column. Its slim design makes it adaptable to various manufacturing applications.
The measurement readings display on the 100 diodes.
Two potentiometers with external adjustment are used to set the upper and lower tolerance limit. Measurement is displayed by using two colors light indicators (green when the part in tolerance and red when the part is out of tolerance). The graduation scales can be adapted to fit the customer's need.

The CEZ comparator is produced in two versions:

• The Analog Electronic CEZ comparator with two LVDT probes inputs (for HOMMEL-ETAMIC ZDB probes) enables acquisition of two analog probes combined in summarization or in difference (i.e. for I.D or O.D).
• The Air Electronic CEZ comparator is equipped with a pneumatic converter and is designed to be used with a HOMMEL-ETAMIC pneumatic gage.
