The solid state ARC is a very versatile product that can be associated to all kinds of air tooling for all sorts of applications.
It guarantees the measurement of parts "in-process".

This device is also used on grinding, super finishing, honing, milling, turning and transfer machines....

The ARC can perform static and/or dynamic measurement.

INCOMPARABLE ADVANTAGES

A measuring system of air supply allowing:

• to work between 2.5 and 3.5 bar.
• to eliminate the need of a precision pressure regulator.
• to stop reading results if the air supply is too poor.

In applications where fast response time is needed, the ARC can be mounted directly to the air tooling for response time down to 50 ms (depending on installation). Because of its principle, the ARC is not significantly affected by air supply variation of pressure. Because of its stability, a gauging system only needs a single master for the system zeroing (because of linearity).
