Internal measuring head
for match grinding

The CI213 internal measuring head along with an electronic indicator or control unit, is used for the measurement of high precision bores with a repetitive accuracy of ± 0.1 micron.

A relative measurement is produced, i. e. the measuring head is set with the help of a master or a gage (reference part) to zero and then show the deviation of parts relative to this reference part.

Characteristics :

• Measurement by mechanical contact, vertical, horizontal or inclined measuring head
• Wide variety of measuring arbores, for bores up to Ø 150 mm, and tolerances up to ± 100 µm
• Repeatability : 0.2 µm (in standard conditions)
• Linearity = or < 0.1 % on ± 100 µm
• Measuring force : 0.8 to 1.4 N
