Description :

When contacting the part or any other component of the grinder, the grinding wheel emits an acoustic signal in the ultrasonic range of 200KHZ or more.
This signal will then be amplified within the frequency zone having the best ratio between the effective signal and the background noise signal, and compared with the chosen limited values. According to the programmable functions, signals are transmitted by the control unit for further processing by the machine's control.
