Function :
The ESZ800 is an electronic unit to process and display signals coming from a large range of different types of probes.

Description :
The ESZ800 is easily programmable thanks to an integrated 14 keys keyboard, a rotating push button and a 5.5 inches TFT colour screen. It can also be programmed though an external link.
On its rear face is a RS232 connector, a data bus and power supply connector, a mini-DIN connector to plug a standard keyboard, and (optional) a Profibus connector. The interface modules and the power supply module are separated from the main module, and therefore can be placed close to the gauging fixture.

A single cable makes the link between the main module and the power supply and interface modules.

Programming :
The ESZ800 can be completely programmed from the front face :

• Up to 32 probes,
• Up to 48 inputs/outputs,
• Up to 10 interface modules,
• 32 different screens with maximum 8 measures each,
• 32 measures,
• 32 measuring sequences,
• 32 different parts with maximum 16 sequences per part,

• 6 languages : French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese.
• Integrated applications : classification, temperature adjustment, centerless…
• Options : Profibus interface, Din rail support, tilting bracket …
• Main module compact : L = 230mm ;
  l = 130mm ; h = 65mm.

• DIN 6 pins connector, 4 inputs per module,
• 4 inductive probe inputs (ZDB, half bridge 2mm, micro-probe),
• 4 off 4/20 mA probe inputs (TPE99).

Analogue inputs modules :

• DIN 6 pins connector, 4 inputs per module,
• 4 voltage analogue inputs
  (±10V, ±5V, 0-10V, 0-5V).

MOVOMATIC probe module :

• MOVOMATIC connector, 4 inputs per module,
• 4 inductive probe inputs (half bridge 1mm),
• 4 capacitive probe inputs.
