The new CMZ200 analyzer is intended for industrial acquisition, visualization and statistical processing of high presicion dimensional measurements.

Description :
The CMZ200 Analyzer offers an excellent readability and is equiped with a 15in active matrix color screen (1024 X 768 pixels). Its measuring and statistics processing software, the CMZ32 operates in Windows® environment. The analyzer can be connected to most dimension probes available on the market.

Acquisition :
Most of the ETAMIC dimension inspection products can be connected to the analyzer. These acquisition systems (compatible with a maximum of 200 probes) include :

• One or four channels acquisition kits
  (up to 16 analog probes)
• A maximum of 8 measuring satellites (SDM)
• RS485 digital kit (up to 62 digital probes)
• Axorn, Heidenain, National Instrument, Sony, Solartron

Configuration :
Simple and user-friendly,the CMZ32 software can be configured through an Excel® worksheet.

Peripherics :
The measurement results or global quality of the inspected part can be exported toward other devices or machines, using various communications standard.
These systems are compatible with max. of
128 I/128 O.

Statistics :
Statistics are managed and processed in real time or with a slight delay :

• Standards : PSA, Renault, Ford, Iveco
• Average charts, individual values charts, histogram, SQC
• Part and measurement counter
• Displays of curves and legends
• External follow-up : SESAME, QS-STAT,
  SPC-LIGHT, SUMEQ
